I. Welcome to Sophie Stems.
We are happy to have you. We pride ourselves on quality products and service. We would like to make you aware of the Terms of Service ("Agreement"). That correspond to the use of our website.
When your order from Sophie Stems you enter into a legally binding contract. The agreement applies to and products and services we provide. Any information collected from you on our website is subject to a Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is stated within this agreement.
This Agreement is subject to Nevada Laws. Any cause of action you may have with Sophie Stems must be commenced within two years after the claim arises. All claims are subject to mandatory arbitration in the jurisdiction of Nevada the venue being Superior Court. To access our website, you must be 16 years old and agree to the terms of the agreement.
Sophie Stems website can not be copied in any way.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

II. Using an Account at Sophie Stems
- You must be over 16+ years old.
- You must agree to the terms of this agreement.
- You can't register for the use of a third party.
- For account security you are provided with a password. If you disclose your user ID or password to another person or entity and allow them to access your account, you are responsible for any transactions related to your account.
III. Purchasing products
- You must be over 16+ to purchase products on our website. When purchasing products, you agree to our terms and conditions.
VI. Delivery
- In addition to our delivery network. We also use UPS, FedEx and USPS to deliver our flowers and products.
- We do not deliver flowers or other products for orders less than $29.99.
- 2PM local time is the cut off for same day deliveries.
- Orders after 2PM will be delivered the following business day.
- Delivery hours are typically 9am to 7pm local time.
- Orders placed on Sunday will be scheduled for delivery the following Monday.
Delays
- We will make every effort to contact you.
Holidays
- We can not guarantee delivery on busy floral holidays ie Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Valentine's Day. Please place these orders four days in advance to assure delivery.
Undeliverable Locations
- These are not limited to cemeteries, cruise ships, airport terminals, post office boxes, remote locations and rural locations.
Non-Delivery / Late Delivery
- Some conditions are outside our control road closures, traffic conditions, lack of access to the delivery address and weather conditions.
- Incorrect or insufficient address provided.
- These orders will be rescheduled at the next available delivery time or date.
- In the case of non-deliveries, you must claim non-delivery within 48 hours of the order's delivery date.
- If there is no response upon delivery, florist will call the recipient if no response florist will leave at the door. If there is a security concern, if the weather is inclement or there is a exterior temperature concern the order will be taken back to the shop and will go out for re-delivery the following business day.
V. Service Fees
- Will apply on delivery orders. They are stated at checkout.
- Some rural locations require and additional charge the customer will be notified.
- Any orders refused by the addressee will not be refunded.
VI. Substitution Policies
- If a floral container or vase is not available a similar container will be substituted.
- Flower arrangements and assorted flowers, if some flowers are not available, we will substitute other kinds of flowers at equal or greater value.
- Specialty gifts may be substituted with another specialty gift of equal or greater value within the same category.
VII. Cancellations
- Your order can be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement. Same day or next day delivery may not be cancelled.
VIII. Copyright and Trademarks
- Sophie Stems website is protected by US copyright laws. The website is only for your personal use.
IX. Indemnification
- All customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sophie Stems and all of its officer directors, owner, agents, employees, information providers, affiliates, licensors and licenses from and against any and all liability and costs incurred by the Indemnified Parties in connection with any claim. You are required to cooperate should any defense of any claim occur.

Delivery Policy
At Sophie Stems, we take pride in ensuring your floral arrangements are delivered fresh and on time. Below is an outline of our delivery policies:
Delivery Locations
We deliver across the United States, covering both residential and commercial addresses. Same-day delivery is available in select areas for orders placed before 2 PM local time.
Delivery Times
- Our standard delivery window is between 9 AM and 7 PM, Monday through Saturday.
- Sunday deliveries are offered in specific areas. Availability can be checked during the checkout process.
- While we do our best to meet your requested delivery time, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times.
Delivery Fees
- Delivery fees vary depending on the destination and the type of delivery service selected.
- Express and same-day delivery options are available for an additional fee, which will be calculated at checkout.
Delivery Confirmation
Once your order has been successfully delivered, we will send you an email confirmation. For business addresses, please ensure someone is present to accept the delivery.
Failed Deliveries
If we are unable to complete the delivery on the first attempt due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, we will contact you to arrange a redelivery. Please note that additional fees may apply for redelivery.

Return Eligibility
Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted once an order has been delivered. However, if your arrangement arrives damaged or does not meet your expectations, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery.
Refunds & Replacements
- We offer refunds or replacements for products that arrive damaged or do not meet quality expectations.

Order Cancellations
- Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Orders canceled after this period may incur a cancellation fee.
- For same-day delivery orders, cancellations must be made within one hour of placing the order.
