Delivery Information

In addition to our local delivery team, we may use UPS, FedEx, and USPS to ship floral arrangements and gift products across the United States.

• Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2 PM local time.
• Orders placed after 2 PM are delivered the next business day.
• Sunday orders are scheduled for delivery the following Monday.
• Typical delivery hours are 9 AM – 7 PM local time.
• We do not fulfill deliveries for orders under $29.99.

We do not deliver to certain locations, including but not limited to:

• Cemeteries
• Cruise ships
• Airport terminals
• P.O. boxes
• Remote or rural addresses

We will make every reasonable effort to contact you in the event of delays caused by:

• Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
• Road closures, traffic conditions, or weather
• Inaccessible or unsafe delivery conditions

What Happens If We Can't Deliver?

• We will reschedule for the next available delivery time.
• If no one is home, our driver may call the recipient. If unreachable, the order may be left at the door unless weather or safety is a concern.
• If the door is unsafe, the order is returned and reattempted the next business day.

• Delivery fees apply and are displayed during checkout.
• Additional charges may apply for rural deliveries; customers will be notified in advance.
• Refused orders are not eligible for a refund.

We strive to deliver your order exactly as requested. However, due to seasonal availability:

• Containers or vases may be replaced with a similar item of equal or greater value.
• Flowers may be substituted with similar varieties to maintain the overall look and value.
• Gift items may be replaced with similar items within the same category and value range.
